Key Personnel
Richard Mogel, P.E. has over 35 years of experience in precast concrete as an engineer, executive, and consultant including seven years as President of Pomeroy Corporation in Petaluma, California. He earned a Masters degree in Civil Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a licensed engineer in California. He has subsequently been involved in projects featuring some of the largest and most innovative uses of precast in the world. He has also served on PCI technical committees for many years and has testified as an precast expert witness during litigation.
